The hotel had recently renovated rooms.
Our experience was far from ideal. The lack of an elevator was a significant issue as I had to carry luggage up to the second floor. Upon arrival, we discovered only one set of towels in the room, and there was no daily cleaning service—only every few days. To top it off, the Wi-Fi didn't work during our stay, adding to our frustration.

Stayed in the Beautiful King Suite for 2 nights, and the fridge was a great bonus-frozen ice packs in no time! The staff, especially Chelsea, were super helpful. Just wish the floor had a better clean-up. It was a bit dusty.

Spacious rooms with friendly staff
During my stay, I was impressed by the spacious rooms and the newly renovated look of the hotel. Staff members were incredibly welcoming and eager to provide updates on ongoing renovations. Their warmth made a lasting impression.
Unfortunately, the floor in my room could have used a thorough vacuuming. While the shower and basin were clean, the overall cleanliness of the room fell a bit short of expectations.

I stayed in the Deluxe King Suite for 2 nights. The room had a small fridge with a freezer that actually froze my ice packs, which was awesome! But the floor needed a good clean—there were dust balls everywhere. The bathroom was clean, but the chaise chair looked a bit grubby. The renovations were cool and I appreciated the friendly staff updating us on the progress.

Hidden gem alert! My stay exceeded expectations, spotless room, comfy memory foam mattress, and lovely decor. They even provided monogrammed slippers!
